Does NoFap helps to increase flaccid penis size?

Mine now is clearly bigger when flaccid. Both my balls and my pines are heavier than ever. I feel my stuff just hanging there all the time.
I really believe that it's my body reacting to my mental state: free, with no stress or shame or self hate all day long.

And secondly, I had a lot of body's issue, I didn't like to take off my shirt in front of people. I was ashamed and obsessed with how people will see me.. but now, I am getting over it. Slowly, but I do. I just kept going with NoFap, and my confidence rised and keep rising. I am sure that yours will rise too bro.

Just adding on to this, NoFap alone can help but in my case I have done a hell of a lot of other work in conjunction with NoFap too such as a healthy diet, cut drinking to 2 beers a week, 4 times a week heavy weight lifting, interval sprint workouts, and organic supplemention with tongkat ali, yohimbine, and maca root. Look into PE if you want but for me, the risk (potential permanent damage) and return on my time investment weren't worth it. If you're really serious about maximizing your size then I'd try everything I've just listed above before going that route.

 

It shrinks during withdrawl phase, but will recover it's natural shape once you're out of it. Depends how long your withdrawl period will be.

Well, of course it depends. Mine can shrink to the size of a thimble, but at other times the (flaccid) size catches me by surprise, especially if I don’t MO for a week or more … and the balls are bigger when they’re full.

Maybe men feel bigger because they stopped watching movies of men with 9 and 10 inch penises, way over in the 99th percentile for size. Some small percentage of men are huge, and working one of those into a woman must be tough on the woman.

 

Well I'm on day 200 of no PMO and still depressed that I'm stuck with a average penis forever. I wish I could've been bigger. As for any other benefits, there are none. So the only achievement for me is 200 days of no PMO which is nothing significant or anything. It just is what it is.

If you get married to a woman you love, and you want to have a normal sex life with her, if you are too big, she may always be saying 'ouch.' Or she might be like mine when we first got married and hurt but not say so. It's good to get all the way to the back, but if you are average sized, she can pull her legs toward her body and get that deep penetration when she wants it, instead of all the time.
