I started using the pomodoro technique (25 minutes of deep focus and 5 minutes of relaxation). I succeeded today because of it.
I also implemented a morning routine (a very simple one just to create the habit). After some time I'll start customizing it in order to be more productive.

37 days on NoFap, time to focus more on life improvement.
