Day 5/14 I had a bad day yesterday. I was feeling weak and sad and had an urge to use PM. Somehow I got through it. Today I'm feeling better but I dont want to take any chances. I will try to be active and live healthy.
Day 6/14 I have such a fast food hangover! Can you believe that shit? Today I will try to eat healthy and alse take care of my eyes. I woke up and they were so dry. When I focus on small things like this, it helps to step farther from PM Have a nice weekend fellas!
