3 more days of walking my brothers and sisters. sorry for not being here, i slack my reboot system and i apologize for that. truth is i´ve been very tired lately and drifting a bit. but today i reinforce that the reboot must always come first, the price to pay is too high. my life depends on it. feeling a lot better today . thanks for all your support . Let´s continue to Mount Doom. Here are the new members of the Fellowship: @14yearsTooLate @Shuman @JeanCarl88 i´ve sign up to the Universal Man newsletter. Here´s a great email from him. This comes to prove that porn is not our only problem, and this is why many people, even non addicts, seem tired and depressed. Have a great day!!! "I've talked before about how if you really want to thrive in your career, you need to find a "game" where the high-level play is something you can get hooked on. i.e. you need to be able to extract dopamine (anticipation) for playing (doing the work). Here's what I mean: If you don't crave the creation and completion of music, then you probably can't become a musical artist. If you don't love tinkering in photoshop for hours to get the perfect saturation, you probably can't be a photographer. But if you can find that "thing", you'll be able to rise up while simply following your passion. Here's the problem: You won't find "that thing" if you're addicted to low-level BS. In order to get hooked into some high-level game, you need to have the available dopamine. So for example, if I blow my dopamine wad playing videogames for 6 hours, I am WAY less interested in producing new content for you strapping gents to consume. Here's a shortlist of neurochemical nut-theives to avoid, in no particular order: Porn Videogames Memes Social Media (the "big three") News TV/YouTube You might be thinking "well I only spend time doing these things BECAUSE I don't know my purpose!" I hear you chum, but what if you don't know your purpose because you simply haven't let yourself reach a sufficient level of sensitization to find your purpose interesting enough to discover? Keep winning, Mark Queppet"
I have now reached 70 days! Finding my way to the place of the Warrior at Amon Hen. It's going to get difficult now.
I think I have 17 days now. I blew right past becoming a Hobbit for two days. I am sorry I have not been on for a couple days. I forgot, which is not good, as I have relapsed that way. I need to remain vigilant always, especially with so little experience being free of masturbation. I am immensely proud to finally be a Hobbit, a part of the party taking the ring to be destroyed! We will be victorious! Onward!
