Just relapsed yesterday night, which isn't something I'm proud of, social media is definitely the biggest trigger for your libido. I should be more careful with that Day 0
Today was first day, the day 1 is set, i didn't have any kind of Todo list so my day was spent like nothing achieved but I did 1 thing great I have completed my workout and I am so grateful for it
