Day 01. I failed the first round as I have been edging and relapsing yesterday my friends. I've found a new tactic for doing this new streak and I'll text it out. But every morning I'm setting up a match with myself with someone in the fantasy world. Yesterday after I relapsed I choose a quidditch match against Slytherin. Today if your familiar with DragonballZ it will be a training day with Master Roshi. Yes I will be on his island doing a leg day. It is morning here so after my protein shake I will get my work out in. Then it still goes threw out the day and night. Tomorrows match will be with someone completely new.

Day 80, been working to minimize my phone use and have decided I am going to do 90 days of intermittent fasting starting next week. Wish me luck
Drinking water is a must thing during the fasting phase each day. If u have any inherent diseases like asthma and other lung related issues, better not to do it otherwise its fine.
Had a setback again, back to 0. I have no idea why I keep doing this. Definitely need to rethink my strategy, feel like I'm going backwards...sucks.
