    So my storys interesting i started jacking off 1 year ago when i was 14 then later i started doing it more and more like 2 to 3 times a day since it was summer and i had nothing to do my hair was thick and every thing. But comes 15 and i notice my hairline edges are thinned the fuck out and my sides on my hair line. I am on day 9 of NoFap but still my hair is the same bad state trust me ik jacking off caused this how long do you guys think it will take to grow back or thicken cause in trying to get dreads and i really want them note my dads hairline is receded could it be that the mpb gene came since i released so much testosterone turning into dht over the past months i really want it to thicken and grow back i want to get dreads but my hair is thin AF i have been trying to get dreads for over year but couldn't for personal issues but now i can and my is so fucking thin ik fapping caused this its been 9 days still no results how long will it take to grow back or thicken I'm only 15 every day i stress over this every day could be the wet dreams idk

    I don't think your fapping is causing your hair loss. It's probably something else. I've been fapping for 10+ years 3+ times a day and my hair is still thick as its ever been. You might need to go to a doctor about this. It could be you're just one of those guys that loses their hair way early in your life. Or it could be something else. Get it checked out. Hope you get those mad dreads, bro!

    just eat healthy diet, get good sleep and continue nofap for atleast 2 months u will be ok

    I agree it may be something else. Some hormone changes going on.

    My hair has been coming out when I shower lately, but I still have thick I
    hair.

    A friend of mine actually went to the doctor about her hair coming out. She got some medication and the doctor told her it was her hormones acting up.

    She isn't bald or anything but she just mentioned maybe in February or so that her hair was coming out. She is 18 now as well.

    I am 23 now, and it's usually a few hairs that I find in the shower. My leg hair is all over my bed sheets and I still have plenty of hair on my legs. It could be stress on your part as well. If it is something serious where you are getting bald I'd maybe get it checked. Does thin hair run in your family?

    Well no actually, my dad has a receded hair line but that happened to him around 25 I'm way younger i wanted to know if fapping cause this to me and how long it'll take to come back

    In my opinion I would say it is genetics. But stress and stuff may have a part in it. If anything you could try to go to the doctor and see if they can prescribe somethung to help prevent it. Is the hair coming out from everywhere, or just the top/front of your head?

    its just my hair on the top is thin and my most hairline is thin like the edges
