LETS WRITE 5 GOOD THINGS THAT WILL BE DONE BY US TOMORROW

    helluu all ... guys we all want to do so many things tomorrow but when tomorrow comes we just forgot all the things and get back to our old thing .. idk bout all but this thing happens with me so many times .. and due to this i am facing some problems in not having a proper planned day .. so from now , , i will regularly post on this thread about my tomorrow to do lists ... if u think this will help in your journey for just only 1% , the give it a try and make this habit .. i bet we all will have a well planned tomorrow ..

    ->>>> will wake up early
    ->>>> will meditate tomorrow for sure
    ->>>> will workout tomorrow
    ->>>> will read a full chemistry chapter 'biomolecules' from ncert
    ->>>> will write on this thread tomorrow night also ..xd

    • I will wake up early
    • I will workout for at least 1 hour
    • I will pray to god
    • I will copy down notes and do other homework
    • I will write my application essay(s) and work on my resume
    This is also my plan for the rest of today. I am confident that I will do it.

    ->>> will wake up early tomorrow at 7 or 8 am
    ->>> will mediate tomorrow and will also workout
    ->>> will complete atleast 2 lecture of p-block
    ->>> will do atleast 20 ques of biomolecules
    ->>> will do the remaining marathon of modern physics
     
  6. Tomorrow

    - I'll meditate for 2 hours
    - I'll approach a girl I like on the street
    - I'll eat healthy
    - I'll go running

    for 11th jan

    ->>>> will wake up early at 7 or 8 am
    ->>>> will meditate and workout and will make a proper planning of study tasks of day
    ->>>> will complete 2 lectures of p-block
    ->>>> will revise organic tomorrow
    ->>>> will sleep early tomorrow at 10 to 11 pm with no phone

    I've just woke up, so five things I'm gonna actually do rather than let this lazy Sunday get away from me are:

    Take a drive and bring my parents new puppers to a dog park

    Call the debt collectors I've been ignoring about my overdue textbook

    Get back to some friends n fam on fb messenger that I've been putting off

    Run a good five miles or so outside and have an epsom soak after

    Journal and read tonight rather than watch a movie

    ...

    - I will do all the housework that needs doing
    - I will go and work on a project I have been working on in the garage
    - I will meditate
    - I will attend my SAA meeting over Zoom

    - Meditate ✓

    - Limit coffee consumption to 1 cup X (had 3 :p)
    - Exercise and yoga ✓
    - Eat healthy ✓

    Tomorrow:
    - Go to work (during my vacation) to say hello to my colleagues and ask how they are doing
    - Meditate and workout as usual
    - Meeting up with a good old friend of mine
    - Eat healthy
    - Not relapsing from PMO (day 12)

    ->>> will mediate and workout and will write down all my tasks
    ->>> will go to library early at 9:30 am and will not come before 6:30 pm
    ->>> will complete the whole p-block tomorrow
    ->>> will sleep b/w 10 to 11 pm

    Aye, this is helpful!

    I'mma work my ass off to finish a project at work today.
    I'll get the next project started at least before the day's through.
    As I kinda fell off my bandwagon of focus lastnight thanks to the finale of Mr. Robot and a fair amount of herb...
    I'm going to either find a good long podcast or que up Jordan Peterson's audiobook at work today.
    I'm going to go for a run tonight and journal a few pages before bed.

    As the great Theo Von would say.. ONWARD
