1 day down, a lifetime to go. Today was pretty easy but the first day usually is.

Day zero. I failed again after only 1 day. Idk why. To be honest I didn't even really want to and I dont really think I enjoyed what I was watching, I just found myself doing it. The past month has been so hard for me. Before it I wasn't perfect but I was slowly making progress pmoing less and less each month. I need to get out of my funk.

 

Hard mode is the only solution sometimes, give a break to a mobile, laptop, etc.
Do a Digital Detox, read books or play outdoor sports or go for a walk, or hang out with friends, just stay away from mobile and laptop.
This happens, don't panic and just take rest for today, Do whatever makes you feel good other than porn.

I’m on 6 day relapse streak I’m going absolutely terrible. I just can’t seem to stop it’s like I no longer have control of myself my social anxiety and lack of self confidence is coming back and depression is hitting hard I just wish I could beat this for good. Day 0
