Worth Retaining Semen at 15?

I agree with the guys here. If I could have not become addicted to PMO at that age I'd have saved myself from a LOT of issues. Good luck bud!

I have experienced immense growth recently and I'm 100% sure it's puberty kicking in, and I'm pretty sure my urges are just from natural hormone spikes with puberty.

TLR is it worth it to go on a full retention at 15? Are the benefits real? Are my urges natural or hormonal spikes that come with puberty?

When your body will feel the need to throw out semen it will do it on it's own while you are sleeping. So do not M.
Anyways congrats for starting at the right time my young boy. Do not carry these bad habits for even a day more. If you learn determination from this age you will reach great heights.
