Checking in. Day 10. I had a great weekend away and my time in a hotel room alone didn't create the temptations I was worried about, so feeling pretty good about that.
Checking in....feeling super motivated and energised at the moment!! I've decided I want to try and get to 90 days without P and M...before I was constantly touching and edging myself whilst mostly not looking at porn but I've decided what's the point of that!? Might as well build my energy through no PMO and channel that energy into building my business, building my body, doing self development...it's Covid time so might as well use my time productively and edging or looking at Porn is not using my time productively
35 year old. I have read the rules and would like to join this group....but looks like you guys are full! No problem, maybe a spot will open up, I can wait. Good luck everyone!
Hi Ik2. You are correct, the group is full but you have been added to the waiting list. Keep checking back and watch your alerts. We may have a spot for you within the next month or two.
Day 14 - I've previously had trouble on or around Day 7 and Day 14, there's some research about that cycle for us PMO addicts. Not feeling any urges whatsoever or even any remotely thoughts of P. I'm very down and out over marital issues right now. That never seemed to stop my PMO excursions in the past so I guess I've made progress. It is very firmly in my mind that if I went for an escape session with PMO right now I'd feel horrible afterwards.
Checking in on day 11. Feeling calm and controlled in the midst of turbulence, and very grateful for that.
Thanks! It's good to be back in the double digits (knock on wood). @JJ_Kino - Congrats on reaching 30 days again.
Day 13 checking in! Feeling good. Busy workday today and a few positive creative outlets, so I'm hopeful that hitting the 2-week mark is in my grasp.
@Jerky You're Getting closer dude. It's hard it really is. It's taken me almost a year to put another 30 days together, though I am happy with my progress so far, i's not easy and I know I can fall anytime. It's tough but Keep it going bro.
Greetings to everyone ! I am happy to inform you that I overcame the life of P, as for over 42 days I haven't watched any, thoughts about it is dead, and M was never compulsive or a problem, and thus I can call it a day. This group helped me tremendously, I leave my spot for others on the waiting list (they need it more than me). Lessons learned are: 1- keep busy 2- replace old habits (destructive) with (productive) 3- seek a higher meaning in life 4- keep busy (again) Thanks to @artifact for your leadership and thanks to everyone. Goodbye
