    Day 2 complete!

    Happy Sunday, everyone! At the very least, I always try to run once a week, and Sunday is usually the day I set aside for that purpose. Extended runs often cause me to feel strong urges later in the day, and true to form, that's what happened after dinner. I felt very determined that I didn't want to fall, though, so I spent a while in prayer time with the Lord, checked in with my AP, and then made sure to stay around other members of my family. It worked! This is the kind of attitude I'll need to stay away from PMO; I'm very grateful to still be clean and I intend to keep it that way.

    Relapse hard. Day 0.

    I couldn’t sleep on Saturday, and I thought that playing some Xbox would tried me out. It didn’t worked and with my girlfriend sleeping in our bedroom I’ve started an all night porn /Xbox binge. I just played then PMO and then played some more until 5:30 in the morning.

    That obviously destroyed any chance for Sunday to be normal and I woke up on 7:30 and just had a zombie day. I did the bare minimum of the stuff that was super important but other than that I just tried to stay awake to not fuck up today.

    So now my brain is foggy, and I’m starting to do the stuff that I didn’t do on Sunday.

    how can you PMO when your gf is sleeping in the next room? Are you not afraid of getting caught? I can only PMO if I know she's gone for a while and am 99.9% sure that she won't walk in on me.
