75/90 super disengaged day and while I could feel that pull to want to be 'somewhere else emotionally' (ie PMO) I didn't open any tabs pointing in that direction.

Haven't had such a good guitar jam session in a while.

Haven't been sleeping well lately, waking up at 4:00 AM each morning. One of things that inclines me to PMO during the day is a craving for the energy jolt of PMO to get rid of the unpleasant physical and mental states that lack of sleep brings about. But I know these cravings will pass if I can just let them be without acting on them.

 

Thanks for the words of encouragement stephanD. It's great to see you on Day 75, closer to the goal!
