So guys, unfortunately I relapsed, so this stuff is kinda hard, porn is like a drug you miss, like a hunger inside you that somehow got to get satisfied, maybe if I had a real life partner it would be easier, then I would have had real sex if I was horny instead of PMO to porn, 42 days, in total 72 days, I must start over, have mixed feelings, 72 days is my new personal best, my last personal best was 50 days. My goal is to reach new personal record, 90 days.

Hi nfp. You sound much younger than I. I made it to 52 days but now I'm at day zero until tonight. Every one of us NoFap'ers is different. As for myself, I discovered my incredible loneliness and pushed myself into swing dance lessons.(I'm still terrible.) My best dance partners give me the closest thing to a dopamine rush to the brain. Even my worst dance partner was just fine. I am learning more than dancing and relapsed after "disconnecting" feelings not returned from my favorite dance partner. Hope that makes sense.
