I just keep telling myself to be uncomfortable whenever my mind strays.

It reminds me of a quote that says when you accept life is difficult it stops being difficult.

Also, I'm no longer doing things without a purpose, I need to have a reason for doing something, mindless entertainment is no longer an option.
