Enough positivity and restarting the journey and embracing highs and low and other bs man...you need to stop relapsing man..all youre doing is damaging your body and mind..PMO addiction in itself is traumatic as it causes a chaos of hormones and stuff..its an entire story..nofap journey is also a trial by fire as it also causes a sort of hormonal chaos..i was stuck there between nofap and relapse and all i wanted to do was kill myself..spare yourself the pain if you cant do it man..but if youre gonna do it , be persistent and determined .youre either in or youre out..
Listen man it may seem like im being cold or bitter but i just dont want anybody to get stuck in that nofap relapse cycle of viciousness , cause ive been there and its hell..
