    I've had a couple rough days so far on this streak, but overall the urges have not been quite so bad. Two weeks ago I cut my last social media out of my life; it wasn't something I used for fishing or p-subs, but I wonder if simply not having it my life has somehow helped. This is about the time in my streaks where something pops up to catch me off guard and make me fail. I do not want that to happen this time.

    I had some urges throughout the day, but nothing too strong. I exercised pretty hard today, so I'm sure that tomorrow's gonna be a tough day. It's almost certain: the day after a hard exercise is intense in urges.

    I also wish I had a lesser libido, but I still feel wery attracted towards women and interacting with them. And concerning my relashionship with my wife, I still often times choose the cheepest way to get what I want. I want to be more strict about how I communicate with women and the things I look at, I want to take responsibility for it, I want to have such a behaviour that I could proudly pass on to my children, and I would not be ashemed for my ancesestors to see.

    Good morning everyone

    I’m still stuck in quarantine with covid but I’m feeling a bit better (still really feel like an Orc being stuck in a cave).
    Slept 8 hours last night (thanks @Slider8). And I have high hopes for the day.

    I’ve started a blog here to help myself stay mindful and to have a place to think and rethink about everything in this reboot.

    Anybody can tell me how to add that little journal Icon to my profile? So can I get back to it quickly?
    Hi man. I just want to say. There is really nothing bad about going to a therapist. It’s like a perfect combination of going to the gym and the doctor at the same time. There is no shame or any downside except that it is not cheap usually. But it would 100% boost your reboot because we are all here because of our emotions and not because porn is actually fun or interesting. A therapist could really help.

    As I thought, today is being pretty hard because of the hard exercises of yesterday. I haven't even lunched yet and already had some random boners out of nothing. I feel like anything could tease me, and I don't like this feeling. It would be awesome if I was married, but to a single it doesn't help. Anyways, I'm going to donate blood this afternoon and be aware throughout the day. It's a battle day!
    By the way, I would like to hear from you some advice about dealing with exercises. I know that working out hard makes me horny in the next day, but it also helps me a lot in motivation and energy, something that I don't get with light workouts. Do you guys think that it's worth it the "risk"? I just want to hear some opinions.

    Hey! Imo it's not that much of a risk if you know where to spend the energy. If you have a lot of energy you can workout again! But not so hard as the day before. What I do is a hard day then a easy day of work out, resting on Sundays. Easy days usually are just abs and planks, but that probably will be enough to cut most of that energy.
    Besides working out, you can find new habits that you like or care for to spend that energy!
    E.g. studying or meeting ppl
