1/90 Finally broke the vicious binge cycle. I am so happy! Seemed like it would be impossible to do so. I went for a run in the forest and then meditated later. It did me a world of good. Also went to bed very early as I was tired. Now I continue my journey to sobriety with more vim and vigor.
