I'm in, day zero staying PM-free! My counter indicates P-free days, but on this challenge I'll be going by the days PM-free I have. As for O, I encourage myself to have as many as possible— with my life partner!
So 9:30 am today it's the start of day zero. I will try to remember this, and on 7 July at 9:30 am, I'll have completed this challenge.
I just joined and don't know where to start, but I'm pretty sure I can do three days, since I just did that, but relapsed today. I got a major headache and I think it's from withdrawal since it went away after reaching orgasm.
Boy, I really need this after back to back relapses. Looking back at 3 days clean will feel amazing again. Day 0.
That's one day for me. Will feel even better tomorrow. Although I'm quite content and happy at the present moment.
Day 1 is in the books. I'm almost done with Day 2. Had some urges, but was able to keep myself occupied with work related things to ignore it. Day three is tomorrow (weekend) and I hope it's easier since I won't be stressed at work, but I may be less distracted. Gotta stay strong.
