Day 56/90 Too hot to fap here in the UK atm lol , had a cold shower straight after getting in from work. Goner watch the cricket for the rest of the afternoon and then prepare a salad for later. Good luck everyone
Thank Thank you for your uplifting words! Day 0 I had a cold after I've had a wet dream and because of the chaser effect I relapsed two times when I was sick which extremely bad for your health. I have taken lots of vitamins to boost my immunsystem, just in case. You see, this is what addiction is, bad behaviours and decisions that are so illogical that it's rediculous. I have finally nuked about 99% of my P-collection which is good. It's not completely gone yet but at least for now I don't have to deal with the problem of having too much P spread out on my harddrive. I know there's a higher mening to us, to what we are. We are infinite spiritual beings and we can override the bad impulses of the human mind. Call it god, source, the infinity beyond the universe, or whatever. It's real and it's the way out of the addiction by reconnecting and self identifying with your True infinite self.
Day 2 (5): it wasn't the best start of the week, but it always could be worse. At least I know that I'm safe and sound here where I am, and I thank whoever or whatever it is for this chance. Practiced some guitar and drawing. Also did some workout. Dunno why, but I've thought about reading The Bible. Not because of finding some purpose in life or something (it is also), but due to the wish to understand some books those have references to The Bible.
6/90 done. Got a really annoying and quite a hectic work schedule, but at least it keeps me busy. Would like some more time with family, but it’s hust a crazy fast week.
