I don't know if this will make you feel better but you are so young and even I am still young, I'd even say 45 yo is young. You have your whole life in front of you. I wish I had this site, this knowledge and my awarenass available at age 20-22.

You're positive and not too hard on yourself which is good so I'd say you can make progress really fast with that mindset.
To get out of PMO is a lot about breaking down the illusions that keeps the addiction alive.

Only Day 3 but I feel my foundation is stronger this time.
Previous streak: 3 days and the one before was 26 days.

Everytime I get to day 30 something, 60 or more amazing things happen in my life. Last time I met like minded people and I developed a drive to meet new people, very special, very rare good people. Its magical but it works.
The energy you generate becomes like a magnet. You begin to manifest people, places situations, "coincidences", female attraction, money, everything comes to you because you're more in tune with your authentic self and the rest of the universe.
Why wouldn't it`? Fapping only causes a lot of imbalance in your life. Others have pointed this out as well; that everytime you relapse it's like your life gets out of sync and everythings becomes messy. Quick decision making turnes into slow decision making, missed opportunities, you attract bad people and unfortunate situations, etc, etc.

It's really kind of like; don't give in to temptaions and your life will fix itself. Maybe not literally, but almost.

    Day 67

Nice day attending a bbq with friends - noticed I'm feeling less anxious around groups of people now. I would feel anxiety all the time before when I was viewing porn. Positive vibes . Feeling more positive about things. Steady progress

    Day 68

Had a few drinks last night but left early as I didn't want a hangover this morning. I always use to view porn when hungover, bored and laying on my bed all day. Not anymore.

18/90 Had no energy, but also no time to rest. At least keeping busy helped keep the urges away.

    Day 2

I had some chaser effects, but I will stay put. I feel exhausted for past couple of days after the relapse. I really hate about that part, It's always bad after relapse.

Day 63 of my 90 day challenge. Tough weekend as I was out drinking 3 nights in a row. The temptation yesterday was very difficult but I managed to get through without breaking.
My therapist suggested saying things out loud if I couldn’t stop thinking about them and this helped yesterday.
    Have a good day everyone!
