Like I've been having wet dreams lately and last night I think I had a wet nightmare? I'm not going to go into much detail about that, I just wanna know if you guys noticed an increase in frequency of wet dreams when you got a couple days into nofap. Not that I came when I woke up but I just know that there was some sexual stuff in the dreams that I've been having and for some reason, it feels more lucid. Has anyone experienced this before?
Yup, I have experienced that. When I PMO constantly it happens almost never, but when I get to go without it for several days, like a week or so, that's when it happens.
I think it is different for everyone. But the fact you retained for 308 days without a wet dream is amazing man well done!

every two weeks or so during abstinence intense feeling of masturbating and waking up "wet"... and i can tell because the mess is not the same when "i do it" in bed (awake) as oppose to when my subconscious "does it" (wet dream)...
I tend to have a wet dream if I am struggling with some sexual stimulation the day before. Even if I don't go to PMO, anything sexually stimulating can cause me to have wet dream that night.
