day 1 was kind of easy. may be because of the relapse and new steps taken towards recovery to join this site. the excitement got me through day 1 very easily.

very little craving occurred because of facebook feeds video.. my idea of fighting a craving is to meditate not taking action on the craving and trying to sleep helps.

Still I am aware of how hard it can get in future. but I am prepared.
