    1. What do you smoke ?

    2. Where do you live ? Behind the moon ?

    3. Please comment only when you have completed 90 days.

    Your post from yesterday:

"I've relapsed yesterday 4 times and today twice. I've been 4 hours abstaining from pmo and for me that's a miracle."

I don't smoke or drink. And yes I've relapsed so what? Nobody is perfect. Who are you to judge me? I've completed many 90 days periods in the past, but lately I'm not doing so good. I still have lots of experience though and I will comment wherever I want to, whenever I want to.

It's obvious that it's you who live on the moon since you're at home all day long watching series and doing nothing and having no life whatsoever. I go to work every day and work hard, exercise, socialise and have a girlfriend. You're trying to come up with a bunch of nonsense and justify it.

"I don't smoke or drink." -> Very good.

"And yes I've relapsed so what? Nobody is perfect." -> True.

"Who are you to judge me?" -> I'm not judging you.

"I've completed many 90 days periods in the past, but lately I'm not doing so good." -> That's good. Congrats on that.

"I still have lots of experience though and I will comment wherever I want to, whenever I want to.

Yes but please don't just spread false information without any evidence or logic. Your claim about videogames shocked me a bit. Where does this theory come from ?

Well, 18 hours a day? Isn't that too extreme? I mean I've never played games so long, at most for 10 hours a day. But still I think you're right. It's still less worse than half an hour of pmo

"It's obvious that it's you who live on the moon since you're at home all day long watching series and doing nothing and having no life whatsoever."

Answer: "It was winter when I published the 36 months post."

"I go to work every day and work hard, exercise, socialise and have a girlfriend."

    Answer: "And ?"

"You're trying to come up with a bunch of nonsense and justify it."

Answer: "I have shared my experience as well as published some success stories that confirm what I am saying. You haven't posted a source yet."

    ->

I just posted this in the PAWS thread:

    "I have tried everything possible:

Incorporating routines, spending time in nature, walking, football, basketball, swimming, sports in general, being social (spending time with friends), going to events (stand up comedy), going to the cinema, live events (football), visiting cities, "visiting" animals, being outside all the time and observing the environment, i.e. what people are doing like walking, eating, talking, laughing, etc., hanging out in the park, hanging out at the train station, hanging out in the city, healthy eating, intermittent fasting, watching documentaries, expanding my knowledge, etc.

I also did some work but it was too strict for me with PAWS. I had a few job interviews. I tried it, but it didn't work. Work made my PAWS worse.

Nowadays I am mostly outside and not at home as it is getting lighter and the sun is shining again. I feel better when the sun is shining and it is brighter. I mostly hang out in the city. I watch people walking, eating, talking, laughing and so on. I walk for 1-1.5 hours a day in the city. That's all.

Believe me. I have tried everything and still I have PAWS. The length of PAWS cannot be shortened no matter what kind of healthy lifestyle you maintain. But you can feel 5-10% better with a healthy lifestyle.

I know many success stories and most people have tried the same as me. Namely, shortening the length of PAWS through a healthy lifestyle. When these people published their success stories, they wrote that only time and abstinence led to healing, even if they maintained a healthy lifestyle.

If I knew what could shorten the length of PAWS, I would do it immediately.

The people who claim that you can shorten the length of PAWS through a healthy lifestyle are mostly the people who can't even stay abstinent for 30 days.
It's strange that some people believe these people rather than someone who has tried everything and still has PAWS after 39 months.

Most people are impatient, I was like that at the time. They all want to be cured immediately and panic. They google and try to find something and in the end it doesn't work and they still have PAWS. That only leads to frustration, believe me.

I hope this helps you in your process ;)"

Playing videogames all day or doing sport and socializing...doesn't matter, the healing is the same.

When I have good days I do a lot more sports and socialize, and when I feel bad I do more unproductive stuf.

But the PAWS always come back eventually. Right now I'm about 60% bad days and 40% "good" days. They come in waves of 3-5 days.

In summer I had a long wave of good days(mixed with bad or very bad days in between) and after that came a long flatline of 3-4 months where I felt like shit most of the time. And since then it has gradually very slowly gotten better.

But if you keep relapsing of course you will not know any of this. Paws and good days always stop and come back, and paws reduce themselves slowly.

Do you know any ex-smokers? I can tell you my experience is that there are many ex-smokers that miss smoking. They still want to smoke, but they don't because they know the dangers of this behavior. Maybe they developed COPD or Asthma, because they decided to stop late in life, but they gain a benefit from being an ex-smoker. But, there is damage, they have caused their bodies to have lung problems, heart problems, and vascular problems, as there is no free lunch here. Maybe PMO is the same, that just because we stop does not mean we are not scarred from the experience. I know that sounds fucked up and we don't want to hear it, but as for me, I didn't turn to PMO because everything in my life was great and normal. I chose it, or maybe it chose me because I was mentally and emotionally messed up as a kid. It really doesn't matter does it; how we start. What matters is that we work daily to stay clear of PMO.
Maybe for the rest of my life I will have urges, or that I can't erase all the images that I have seen. This addiction has been for me decades, so that's a lot of shit to try and erase. My advice is to seek a little therapy to understand yourself better, and maybe redefine what healing is. If I relapse, and I probably will but I restart the journey; that is success in my book.

  11. From my experience, whenever I binge watching movies, listening to music or playing video games. It took me a good night sleep then I'm good for tomorrow. Now if it was P, 1 week. Combine that with mo, 2-3 weeks.

  12. Nah but I get what you mean about playing for 17 hours. But still not comparable to pmo whatsoever.

  13. PAWS will make you regret that you've ever seen P in your lifetime. That's how bad it is....
