Day 38 - Hogwarts Year Four House: Gryffindor Welcome along! Just remember, most of us have been at this for years, and relapsed multiple times, so just relax, take each day as it comes, and make them as productive as possible. If you relapse, don't beat yourself up. Just try and learn the triggers, and build on it.
