Netflix is Porn, watching any tv show on Netflix is considered a Relapse

Quit this drug, Netflix is a huge supp for Porn and watching one tv show is like literally watching pornhub.

What does netflix does?? It gives you a glance of nudity so it thrills your sexual desire like no other because they only show a little percentage of Nudity which is not enough to make you disgusted, so that way you jump to Porn.

I really recommend that addict cancel their subscription to netflix as soon as possible.

Secondo, I would suggest Drinking caffeine whenever you feel low energy.
Low energy makes you wants to watch porn to regain your energy back, You would ahve to replace this lack of energy with some otherh sources like Caffeine , Vitamin C , or Lemon; caffeine remains the best choice for me btw.

    And quit netflix

    cause Netflix = Porn

I agree it's an awful app for an addict to have, but only if you're not using the parental controls. You could watch some sci-fi stuff or non sexual comedy that doesn't have any sexual connotations added to their story at all. You would need to read the synopsis to verify this. And if you come across a scene in question - fast forward! But all mature tv shows are going to cause havoc on the addicts mind, so you'd want a random person to lock up for you. This would go for all streaming services as well.

I am incomplete agreement. I have honestly stopped watching almost any tv or movies and what I do watch is usually at least 20+ years old. It’s not that it is all a substitute for porn (a lot of it is though) it’s the idleness and spending energy and brain capacity toward something that isn’t real. These are ideas getting beamed into our minds directly through most the people that dream up these ideas and make these things we wouldn’t even let through the front door. It’s better to just go to the gym, read a real paper book, take a walk, make something out of wood, etc.

  4. I never found Netflix to be a trigger for me, but if it is for you then by all means cancel your subscription. I watch a show or movie on Netflix and then turn it off.

  5. I grew up when Netflix was actually interesting and had good shows and movies on it. Those days are long gone now. If you are looking for streaming services that are actually intriguing and informative I recommend Megellantv and/or Formed. Deleting my Netflix account has honestly encouraged me to watch movies that I actually appreciate and have no issue re-watching on occasion or making me do research into a movie that I may have interest in viewing.

I don't think I ever found the women of Netflix all that attractive that much anyway. If anything I found college more triggering than anything else, there's always bullshit going on, my recent assignment has been draining to me to the point I will do anything including indulging myself back into porn to get a release from it all only to feel guilty about it afterwards, I have considered asking a college woman out, however, the sexual harrassment policy is vague so I am unsure of how the rules and regulations of college relationships playout here. I blame my latest assignment which I recently completed for being the reason of my relapse.

I don't mean to be rude, but I don't think you know what the word "literally" means. Netflix is definitely not like watching p.

Like someone else said above, you can watch things without sex scenes etc. And this is coming from someone that checks Parents Guide before watching anything and who is very strict with what he watches.

But you are still incorrect, or rather your statement is incomplete. You can avoid movies/tv shows with triggers and you'll be fine.

it's a shame how soft core is now considered normal for most tv shows

I hear there are still good shows on it like The Social Dilemma and The Two Popes. Quite honestly I don't think I've ever seen a show on Netflix that has sex or nudity in it. Having said that the last time I subscribed to it was about 3 years ago because of how expensive it's become. Amazon Prime and Apple TV+ are much cheaper.

  9. From my understanding of Netflix now, I have a hard time believing it. Also, I am now watching Formed instead. Not only is the content of Formed Educational and Informational, It's content is uplifting and motivational. And the more I tune into it, the more I want to become a better man.

I haven't seen it but I listen to the podcast of someone involved in The Social Dilemma and he seems to have a good understanding of how destructive social media is. It's one show on Netflix that I'm tempted to subscribe for. It's not uplifting but it's a reminder of how dangerous the likes of Google, Facebook and other sites are.

are there blockers FOR netflix? I have it on my ps4 -but I can start using it in my mac if needed
I watch mainly anime for kids like glitter force or witch academia or beyblade burst. Im getting into some doramas\K-dramas but I am -at the same time- thinking I should quit any live-action media since the actresses are invariably beautiful and thin

On a related note, Im struggling to put in (I downloaded it, but havent activated it) the audio-only youtube plug in and the all-image blocker plug in.
I should really use the internet for study, research, basic communication etc.

I agree that Netflix has a lot of unnecessary softcore pornography in its content.

There is an app you can download called vidangel which allows you to filter out nudity from most of Netflix's content just FYI

Netflix is also increasingly woke propaganda so that's something to consider as well

Would violent content fall under the umbrella of stuff-to-avoid (during PMO healing streak)?
Some scientists have shown a sort of equivalence, regarding how the brain rects, between explicit sexual and graphic violence
