Day 28 I am in a little down phase but i am looking to do my daily routine which is to meditate twice a day a 20 min and recovering in my free days off work.
Day 5 This thread has been busy since my last post. I had a chat reset last Thursday, but I've been making progress with various things. Better get going anyway! More soon perhaps.

Checking in. It has all been going good. Been busy with my Uni and work. This has been good and bad. Good because I am occupied, bad because stress has been high leading to some cravings. But have managed to stay clean. Getting into yoga as a way to relax and calm myself. Anyways. Wish you guys all the best. Will check back in from time to time. Day 74/90
Well i've reached the 30 days this night and clicked the reset button last night. Now i regret it because i am feeling a bit tired. But shit happens. Gonna try to reach at least the next 30 days!
