Today I am grateful for : 1. the ground near my home, where I can go for jogging and running anytime 2. I have sufficient food and resources. 3. My twisted leg is getting healed very fast.
I am grateful to nofap again, 1) I don't have to watch P and M every night before I go to bed. Ufff such a relief 2) If I am bored these days, I have many other options, other than the most obvious one. 3) I enjoy browsing internet and using it productively,to gain knowledge, know facts, learn, complete specific task etc..with out ending up to some cheap visuals.
1. I am grateful that I am in my last semester of university. 2. I am grateful that I have now realized the benefits of not fapping and is getting serious with a 90 day challenge. 3. I am grateful that I am able to relax all day today because of semester break.
I am grateful for our windows. They shield us against excessive wind, prevent bugs from getting in at night, and make the house a little bit less noisy. I am grateful for having a clean floor. I don't have to worry about stepping on a thumb tac and getting tetanus; or slipping on a banana peel, smashing my head and being knocked unconcsious. I am grateful for having decent roommates. Things run like a well-oiled machine here. We all do our tasks and help each other out. Things could be a lot worse than they are!
I'm grateful that I am not persecuted because of my race, religion, gender, etc. Not everyone can say the same thing: Christians in Iraq cannot; Rohingyas in Burma cannot; young girls in Eritrea cannot. I can. I am grateful to live in a country that allows freedom of dissent and freedom of expression. I do not have to worry about going to jail or suffering punishment for simply having the wrong point of view. I'm grateful for my laptop (once again). It beats the old crackling, whurring piece of shit that I used to have!
I am grateful for 1. The variety of life 2. Being the master of my own destiny 3. Having the time on earth to enjoy life
Okay, time to get extra-extra-extra creative now! I'm grateful that I didn't get kidnapped in my sleep. There are some countries in which it is not uncommon for people to be stole away in the night for ransom, or to have their organs harvested. Not me. Thank heck for that! I'm grateful that nobody in my family is a terrorist. That would suck if the opposite was true. I would be stigmatized, and probably found guilty by association somehow. But the point is - this is NOT the case, and there may be a possible world in which it is. I'm grateful for the opioid system in my brain. It enables me to experience the feelings and sensations of reward. Life would be a pretty empty affair without it. Can you imagine what it could be like?
The opioid system eh? Hehe, I am all too familiar with that system if I may say. Truly is a miracle when treated with good care.
Today I am grateful for : 1. Chance to play a match with some excellent players. 2. Sunday, its holiday 3. That cream which is healing my leg pain very quickly.
Today's just going to be a quick one: I'm grateful that I didn't forget my house keys on my way out the door this morning. I'm grateful that the consciousness that is aware of pain and discomfort is not itself in pain or discomfort. I'm grateful that I haven't got any gross physical deformities.
I am grateful for 1. All my nofap friends 2. the power of increasing self discipline 3. the opportunity to be whoever I want
I am grateful for the endorphin high that makes running worth it. If running did not have this benefit, nobody would to it, and we'd all grow fat and die. I am grateful for neuroplasticity. This power of our brains is the engine which allows us to pick up new skills, change our temperament, change our values, and become a better person. I am grateful that my future is not carved in stone. Fatalism is not the order of the day. I have the power to choose my destiny. I have the power to face down my thoughts and feelings, and choose what is right over what is easy. This is a blessing and it should not be forgotten or taken for granted.
1: I'm thankful that I have the freedom to chose my career path. 2. I'm thankful that I am healthy. 3. I'm thankful for my phone.
1) Grateful to experience dating someone without expectations. 2) Grateful for my ex-wife, who decided to wish me well on my birthday (hadnt talked to her in 4 yrs). 3) Grateful to be having fun. Enjoying the ride.
