I know this is not part of the challenge, but I am including a TV abstention to this challenge. During the first weeks of reboot, I felt mentally high. But then I started spending more and more time watching movies and TV shows, and I'm starting to realise that it's also becoming a slightly addictive behaviour. Hence from now on I'm starting a TV challenge as well. So this is Day 12 fitness Day 0 TV show. I want to prove my strength and resolve here and I hope I can put on the best version of myself by holding myself accountable.
Day 14. Back and biceps. Weight 65.8kg. Slowly increasing. Day 2 TV. Dealing with the TV addiction has been excruciating. As bad as PMO I think. I keep wanting to watch something or the other, but in reality it's just me wanting to think about something except my troubles instead of facing them. Given how difficult it is, I'm thinking of starting another journal for TV and keeping this to gym. They are two entirely different and infact polar things, so. Anyway I'm happy that my weight has been slowly increasing. Hopefully this trend continues.
Day 15. Shoulders and legs. Weight 66kg I'm seeing a steady improvement in my weight. I hope to keep it up and touch my target 70-71kg hopefully soon.
Took an extended rest period due to heavy work. Day 18-22 were rest days. Day 17, I did shoulders and legs. Day 23. Back and biceps. Weight 65.5kg
Day 24. Shoulders and legs. Almost didnt feel like doing it. Felt low on energy. Weight 64.4kg (drop of 1kg)
Not exactly sure how it happened. Yesterday should have been day 26 and a rest day. But okay... Day 26. Full body workout. Weight 65.7kg Slow very slow increase.
