    Answering from a new location on my holiday road-trip. To be honest, in recent weeks i can't get to day 4, i think maybe it has to do with the time of the year, i do believe the pole shifts of Earth and their electro-magnetics can influence our mood and behaviour. And i think in recent months there have been a surge of high level frequency of Sun, so this has to affect the body, probably there are adjustments for nervous system to be made.
    However, probably there are other triggers which we couln't remove currently. I think even a tv show with a suggestive theme can be a trigger too. I noticed when i occasionaly peek when changing channels that i get worse results regarding streaks.

    I had the same thought about the time of the year because of seeing everybody’s streaks to be relatively lower than what it used to be. I am not sure though as no evidence but perhaps it could be the case that its more difficult this time of the year. Things such as suggestive tv shows could also be the valid reason but all in all this depends on individual’s resilience which is the reason for different streaks for different people. We must acknowledge that currently we have less resilience and this is why we have to build it by overcoming our personal best and then more to have better resilience.     The best way for me to control PMO is by controlling my mood.
    1. Setting goals and pursuing them on a daily basis.
    2. Accepting mistakes and setbacks on the way.
    3. Getting up after each fall and not making fuss about it. (Some things just happen. Period)
    4. Managing anxiety is the hardest and paradoxically the easiest (You need to start ACCEPTING YOURSELF by imagining yourself as the full set of failures and successes - you already are the person you want to be... but you just need to change your conditioned ways of thinking - focusing on the failures, dealing with memories, disallowing yourself to be happy because of self-imposed guilt).

    I noticed i have better streaks when i employ memes, so i will use them heavily from now to break that 4 days barrier:
    Blue Pill = 0-1 days:

    Don't beat yourself up. Next time it can be better. For example, i put myself a mission to go above 5 days, and i will try to be maximally focused. Also my longest streak here were 8 days, so i will try to beat that too. And i keep journal for my own sake of a monthly statistic which is almost every month improving. So i have 3 goals at the same time, supporting my positive outcome. If one set-backs, the other comes in and gives me motivation. To be honest, i would rather lower pmo to 3-4 times a month which i find optimal for my current situation, but there needs to be progression and motivation to get there. There are people that in the first run achieve 90 days, just to see them reboot and get back to old habits.
    It has to bi consistent, sustainable,realistic and improving all the time in my book:emoji_fist:
