Need to come back to regular check ins and using this forum for both accountability and encouragement
Fell off of my good progress, it's been months since I've berm able to string together 7 days. But before I had several 30-40 day streaks. Starting my 2nd year of this journey and I'm really tired of feeling so out of control and helpless. I'm tired of acting out in a trance, with a tiny voice always barely squeeking out "stop, you don't want this". I need to nurture that voice into a rear and find ways out of that trance like state.
Just fell this morning so today is day 0
Simply put my wife deserves better
And I deserve better from myself.
I know the group might be full and I'm okay not being counted on the board but hope yall won't mind daily check ins

I have read the rules and would like to join this group.

Got a wee streak going at the minute, no massive urges, all going well.

 

Checking in, day 11. In a pretty good space at the moment, family life is relatively harmonius and Im actually making progress at work.

 

Back to Day 0 again..... Not enough sleep last night and a couple of days didn't keep up with my meditation which helps me to keep my mind in check!

Mid week check in. 30 days today! I am happy with that, just need to keep moving forward. Still in a good place, eating well and using the gym on a regular.

I'm heading to 36 days. I'm feeling super fresh now, guysssss
