Ha. Literally 4 hours later now. And I'm back. I feel amazing now. But I have done nothing special. I just had to go through this. Stay strong guys. Recognise those moments when you feel weak, it's actually an opportunity to grow stronger.

Weekend check in all is going well. I am in the right headspace for where I want to be. Great to see the start of results on my body from the last three weeks of gym and good eating. PMO has nothing for me, nothing at all, it is just a big lie with misery at the end.

 

Day 1 - another groundhog Day! Lol
