Yes, Boromir, we get it That's what this thread is for. Ladies and Gentlemen, I welcome you to the New Habit Challenge. Speaking in terms of habits, PMO is one of the worst habits we can imagine. And we want to get rid of it. One of the best ways to do that is to replace bad habits with good ones. This thread serves as a platform for you to publicly choose a new habit and document your progress during the next 21 days* Examples 0/21 Cold Shower or 0/21 Daily Meditation or 0/21 No sugar A big shout-out to @BushidoWarrior from whom I've sto... who has inspired me to create this challenge So without further ado, let the challenge begin! * Spoiler: 21 Days Theory * As life has shown, 21 days to develop a new habit is (more or less) a myth. Which does not decrease the positive benefits of doing something good for 21 days straight! Keep that in mind. But still. Just as a disclaimer, I want you to know that a "reasonable" number for developing a new habit is 66 days. And even that is in some cases not enough, the number can go as high as 254 (and theoretically even higher). What I want you to take away from this is that this challenge is ultimatelly not about developing new habits. It's about forming an attitude, an attitude to constantly change and improve for the better. That is really the idea behind all of this.

This is a great idea, but right now I can't think of anything that I want to do for 21-days in a row, except not watch porn. Here goes, - For the next 21 days I will do anything other than watch porn. Update - I had a whole bunch of resets since I posted this on May 25th, but now I'm working hard on fixing myself and I'm on day 19 of no PMO. Guaranteed I'll make 21-days and much more. Stay strong to all my nofap friends.

3/21 Cold Showers 2/21 Meditation More and more ideas are popping up in my mind as to which habits I wanna add to that list, but I first wanna stick to these two, wait at least a little before adding more and more.
2/21 Reading 2/21 playing Guitar 1/21 Nail Biting Had to cut down cycling due to injury, It will take a lot time before I can cycle again.
