    Thanks @Cleaning Colin! You're doing great too. Even if you (and so do I) skip from time to time, we seem to be commited and are here to check everyday. And where focus goes, energy grows. ;)

    On the contrary, yesterday was not very pleasant for me. I was tired due to this diet without gluten and dairy. But today, my body feel regenerated and I'm in a great shape. I try to keep my drive during 7 days and see if it really makes a difference. Have a great day.

    New here, but I really like the concept of this thread. So I'm going to give it a go! I'll need something to keep me busy on this little adventure. This is all starting tomorrow due to me already missing the first one and having an insanely busy day today.

  14. C'mon Straight Edge! You promised me a row of 1s! ;) You can do this, friend! You've shown that with some of your big numbers, and your fantastic abstinences from alcohol and PMO. Do you think you might have too many challenges going at once? (Perhaps I do, too!) We can do this - we can all do this - we can do it together and none of us is alone!

    from now on im going to wake up at 6:30 am and do a morning workout, today was the first day i did it and i feels great, waking me up and feeling myself with energy right on the morning, it is just amazing

    GOAL ~ Today, I promise to not eat any lollies, cakes, ice creams or chocolate, or drink any soft drink.

    Below is a series of If > Then plans for how I will implement this goal today.
    If I experience an urge to buy any chocolate, cookies, sweets, ice creams, or anything like that....
    Then I WILL NOT ACT ON THIS URGE. I WILL NOT ACT ON THIS URGE. I WILL NOT ACT ON THIS URGE (today's gonna be hard!)
