Thanks! Good to hear! Be careful tho! You are in the most critical time period! Dont let it happen!!!
Thanks for the reply. On my day 31 my tinnitus has been much calmer so far. It could be a direct consequence of my withdrawal symptoms, which are fading away.
It could be.. you never know tho. I read that food/drink intake is the culprit most of the time. Websites suggest dont consume much: salt, sugar, alcohol, coffee... I will try this for a month see what happens..
Yeash just have a 'blast' MO-ing. No need for porn. Just get off to touch and feeling alone if you can.
I wouldn't say, "have a blast", but I would've understood if op said he'd consider occasionally MO'ing. The whole PMO thing is really shocking to me. It's like a heroine addict saying they made it 90 days, time to shoot up again.
Brianovitch, thanks so much for your post. Your friendly style and emojis really warmed my heart and reminded me of what beautiful people we have on this site, and how innocent we are even in this addiction or habit over which I've felt so much guilt. If I'm smart, I'll dwell upon the benefits you mentioned (such as enhanced focus, which is so symbolic of all the kinds of focus I've lost to PMO and would love to improve) because they are so easy to forget while I'm in this foggy zombie state. I've been in a terrible state with relapse lately - so much that I've actually used numbing sprays to keep the sensitivity down. All the best in your continued adventures and improvements, brother!
I have constant back pain, but I believe it is from the hard work I did in the past. I manage it with lots of stretching.
You are right. I meant to say I was about to MO, but the dream was enough. SO, no MO and NO PMO!!! I will keep it this way, because I won't forget how bad was my life with PMO.
Thank you for the nice words man! I really appreciate it, it helps me too to continue my battle You can definitely stop this. If you think about it, it is just a thing you don't have to do in your daily routine. It is much more difficult if you have to do something you don't want to In a return, your fogginess will disappear, no guilt, clean head, better health --> normal life. Quite simple, isn't it? When was your last relapse? I guarantee you, if you stop NOW, you will feel big improvement just before Christmas! Numbing spray?
Truly amazing post you've done it brother, Congratulations! I plan to do same as you, quiet fapping for life NEVER again. Here's the Fapping negative effects I've experienced: - Blurred vision unable to zoom into objects - Back pains - Lost of interest in mother nature - Felt like a dark cloud over my head all the time - Join pain - Hard to wake up and get out of bed in morning, also sleeping never made me feel fresh next day - Depression - Lack of interest in healthy foods, water etc - Sugar cravings - Social anxiety - Poor stamina - Lack of motivation to do basic daily tasks, mind always making excuses not to do things - No interest in interacting with women I'm currently on day 4, I've noticed the following benefits: - Short term memory has improved greatly and even long term, I seem to remember things I forgot long time ago - I feel more happy, I'm smiling without any reason - Feel more confident - Social anxiety has reduced, but still there - I feel the inner innocence returning back to me and feel like a powerful spirit - Way way more will power, it's like shooting up by 50% - I no longer see women as objects - I drink and I'm motivated to eat healthy food - Food tastes amazing again - Even with less hours of sleep I wake up fresh and happy, Ready to take on the day! - Enjoy spending time with family again - Porn feels disgusting I'll post more updates soon. Good luck on your journey Brothers! We will rise together to greatness! Have a Blessed day everyone! Thanks
