Hey guys; 1. I am grateful for my health. I am sick right now (asthma). It's not too bad and haven't really had it in like 9 years, but it really makes me realise how often we take for granted when we are fit and healthy. Being sick is a terrible feeling and there are many folk out there who are sick almost everyday or for very long periods they're alive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR HEALTH FOR GRANTED! 2. I am grateful that after my internship I managed to score a gigg for the next 2 months. I know it's not something long, but it's better than nothing so I choose to see the positive rather than the negative. 3. I am grateful for a beautiful sunny day and for all fapstranauts improving their lives everyday.

I'm grateful for The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida. I have to admit, while I discovered the book a long time ago, I only read through specific sections that were interesting to me at the time. Now though while I was doing my cardio, I had the idea: Hey why not make use of this time, and put on an audiobook instead of listening to music. So I did and I'm working my way through the book now in audiobook format. Loving it. It's rare that I find a book I resonate with as deeply as I do with this one. I'm grateful that I'm looking noticeably leaner. As I keep mentioning, my cut is coming along really well so far. While eating less and doing a bunch of cardio is certainly less enjoyable than bulking - one thing I do love about this is how immediate the changes are. Every single day I can see a difference in the mirror - whereas while bulking I only really noticed differences when comparing myself to 3-4+ weeks earlier. I'm grateful for my mind and body. In keeping with the book that I'm listening to, there's a part early in the book where he talks about being able to love your mind and body. I've reached a point in my life where I can say that I do. I mistreated and didn't get on with either for the longest time, but now things are very different.
