    Just joined NoFap, and on day 2 now. Looking forward to hopefully successfully rebooting over the next 90 days. I'm 43-years old.

    Welcome! I'm in my 40s too. It's a shock to find yourself in this position, isn't it. Well you are not alone. Check out the 40+ section of the forum. Lots of us there who have similar issues as yourself. Hopefully reading around will help.

    Well done on taking the step. Apparently a reboot is quicker the older you are if that can be seem as motivation and not a sly dig !;-)

    Thanks Everyone. I am encouraged as I start what will hopefully be the end of a on and off struggle since I was a kid. I am looking for an Accountability Partner. Stay strong.
