Hello , New to NoFap but have been reading over the past year and am convinced this is the way to get rid of my anxiety. I have been fapping since the age of around 11 and I am now 30. I have completed a streak of 14 days which is the max I always seem to get up to then caving. I am working from home most of the time and find myself edging. I have relapsed a week ago and feel terrible about it and went into a streak even this morning. I think alot was caused by weed which is a sort of trigger to fap. I dont do weed regularly however when I do I tend to binge as I know I will have to stop shortly due to work life commitments etc. Is there anyone who has been fappig regularly i,e several times a day for the same length of time I have and also have signs of anxiety , nervousness and negative thoughts or creating scenarios in your head which dont actually exist.

 

90 day reboot committed here. on day 7 today. staying focused on the prize.

 

I'm doing it just the way you are. However, I don't drink and now, I'm also dealing with edging and am slowly getting it under control I hope.

ok, 65 days without PMO, feeling better than five days ago... my mood is changing for good, and i dont know if this is possible or its just my imagination, but i think my hair stopped falling a few weeks ago, anyone knows if there is a relation with nofap?

Day 3. Normally when urges start to arise but have stayed active today and feeling great.

 

Thinking about relapsing I ate a lot of sushi, my lust is now turning into a stomach ache. I guess I'm gonna keep abstaining and just do my needed physical therapy to fix my sciatica. Stick with it everyone moderation makes things go smoothly. Yet changing habits requires extreme measures sometimes, be without fear.
