    Hi bro! I'm really proud of what we're doing here! Is harvesting life life, inner coherence and unity.

    I'd like to say a few things about triggers. One of my observations is that, let's say during this moment while i write this comment i'm partially aware and partially in a trancelike state. So here is the weak thow the strong link: trancelike state. This is the state which allow my sexual desieres to take over my trian of thought and fuels the wagons of this train with the most suppressed, uneducated, primordial, primitive drive and instinct: the sexual instinct.

    Until now i have the trancelike state and the opportunistic instinct.

    Now is the form of this instinct that is observed in my behaviour: use of porn and masturbation. The porn themes are another topic, but just to stress the main idea, the novelty of the porn theme is very important. The need for novelty speaks for the pressure under which this instinct is in myself.

    Now i have trancelke state, opportunistic instinct and the form and the intensity of its maniffestation.

    Lets say this is the framwork we have to deal with. Because of the nature of the trancelike state, sometimes the triggers are not outside. They are inside. What i'm trying to say is sometimes we can see an apple and suddenly you feel aroused. The most common situations when the need for masturbation and porn bursts out are when you feel anxious, hungry, tired, confused and so on and so forth, mostly when you are somehow worend out phisicaly, mentaly or emotionaly.

    Recap: trancelike state, opportunistic instinct, the form and intensity of the behaviour, being worned out.

    Here come the triggers. Is not only the obvious triggers you have to stay away from them. But more important is to work out the inner state that facilitates the behaviour ( mastusbation and porn)

    Trying to stay away from the triggers is very important. I don't denny it. But more important are the framework of the values and emotional and physiological dynamics you're working with. Because in front of a, let's say a woman that is putting a huuuuge dildo in her back side can be exciting for us, but with a different mind and body frame you probably can empathise with the pain, stigma, inner incoherence, lack of vision, the lack of choices she has, the constant fear of illnesess, or the sad moments that brought here to this situation.
    This mind and body states has to be believed in and also all the time found in the body the senzations that come with each of this mind values,( like inner coherence, honorability, dignity, love, respect, womenhood, manhood).

    In my oppinion we are the ones who have to defend and nurture this values inside of us. They are in their infancy and they need us like... you can't imagine how badlly...

    Back to recap:
    1.trancelike state,
    2.opportunistic instinct,
    3.the form and intensity of the behaviour, 4.being worned out,
    5.the framework of the values and emotional and physiological dynamics

    I will stop here and emphasis 2 aspects for the moment:
    1. just to pay attention when when you fall into the trancelike state. The sign that you already fall in is the need for porn and masturbation.
    2. Read about anchoring states, core transformation ( is about discovering you core value that drives you in life through all your actions and has to be always present and satisfied. For me is sacredness. Has to be in everything I do. Is a personal value that i define in my body wthi the help of my sensations and in my mind with the help of other concepts.). You will find in neuro linguistic programing literature about this concepts.

    Sorry for this long comment... is so much more to look at and put life where is an exhausting loop draining the life out.

    I'm going to try the August challenge (well, minus the first two days). I was going to try the challenge on my own, but I failed the very first day. So now two days latter, I am going to try it again, and this time really stick with it. That's what brought me to this site. I think that with constantly updating my status and with the accountability of this forums I will be able to make it (or at least not fail on the very first day). I will try to update daily. Wish me luck!

    I feel bad as i reset after 3 days duration. I have started well, doing cycling everyday.

    Today when I was deviated by my privacy and a stupid youtube video:( that made me to open a porn website. Now I am reset.

    I feel ashamed of this. Just an hour before reset i was so confident of controlling my mind. Now i understood the volatility of my thoughts.

    I am starting with 0 again. Hope I would remain strong this time.
