What does an urge feel like to you?

I feel like the longer I go without relapsing, the more the sensation of my urges change. To start with I generally dont feel anything, then I get a tingling sensation in my penis like its begging me to get an erection, then this feeling spreads to my balls, then it spreads to my entire pelvic region, with me even feeling this sensation in what I can only assume is my prostate. I'll sometimes get mild heart palpitations and feel incredibly jittery and on edge, and have to do 5 minutes or so of intense exercise to calm down.

Does anyone else feel like this when they get urges? If not what do you feel like?

 

I dont feel urges a lot of the time to be honest, I have to be triggered in some way for them to start. If I keep busy or otherwise focus on something else then they subside. The more I actively think about them the stronger they become.

 

Yeah sometimes I get like that as well, forgot to mention it in my original post but its very weird for me when it hits, like I cant sit still or I'll go crazy.
