i dont know why in the first place i got into this habit. its so wrong and perverse. i was the one to start it, and i will end it. i am gonna load myself with work, over work, only work and work, and work. only work.
the thing is i would be obviously more tired now as had been for days due to continuous resets. i gave one day abstainment. but now again i am back to day 0.
