There are two buttons. Red and blue. Red gives you a very warm shower, hard to stay there. And the blue button gives you a freezing cold shower. This shower is dedicated to delivering extreme temperatures in the spa section as there are steam rooms and saunas, so it is for people to shock their bodies. I am quite used to cold water as I do cold showers already 11 months but I was not able to stay there :)
It is good as very cold temperature water can do some positive changes to my brain and depression eventually. As Wim Hof says. So finally I found a place where this water is, as normal shower doesn't deliver such cold water.
