Ahhhhhh.... sleeping pill. I prefer not use those things, as I had become addicted to it, even when it clearly was not working for some reason.

Listen. The brain... its complicated. Some days, you sleep like a rock. Other nights, you twist, turn and wonder what torture are you enduring. My mind sometimes refuses to shut off.

In those moments, you will find a lot of recommendations. Breathing, changing sleeping positions, yad ee yad ee yad aah. Dude what worked for me is to let it play out. Like I said. Roll of the bed, because the bed is a danagerous place, for me. Will go to the living room and just sit there.

Instead of staying on my bed, where ugres can hit. The couch or the gym room, where I excercise.
