I was in a 14 day challenge at day 3. It was without P but it drained a lot of my energy and made me lethargic. My goal is only to connect with my wife not with my hands or bed or pillow!
Oh ok, now I know. I don't know how to handle your situation yet (since I don't have a wife yet), I am a PMO abstainer, I found doing khusyu' in every prayer, helping people, going out, doing positive things, and doing meditation help me to control my mind and to just ignore the urges. And the most important thing I said to myself every time I relapsed is to move on! repent, and do the positive things :D
