what happened?

I continually relapse to it and I hate it.I want porn out of my life entirely. I keep doing the same thing again and again: Relapse,reset counter, 2 day later relapse,reset counter. What can I do to get out of this rut?

What triggers you to go back, other than arousal? Are there any emotions linked to it?

Boredom, Frustration that I'm still a virgin, anger at myself for how pathetic I act. Non-belief that this will work. The feeling that I need this to survive and thrive
