2 weeks ago before coming to NoFap i almost lost hope in myself & that i have to live with PMO till i die

then i entered NoFap and i saw lots of success stories, IT'S DOABLE, others did it and i thought no one can do it

That happened to me too. I think now I am more aware of what’s happening here and now. Then I can remember it easier.

In the past was about having this other me thinking all the time in my last M session, or the next P I would be watching.

Now I’m just one mind, one body, one set of emotions living in the present.

i can't believe how i let that addiction eat in my life so much,
any way we are here now and we are letting it go soon

Be aware of flatline and mental traps. :)
