@A_Simple_Guy They truly don't. Take my current appearance and hair. My face and belly are fat. But, I must keep going on a certain diet for months. Maybe I need like 365 days to see results.
Patience is hard. On the other hand, it's rewarding.
I used to walk like 30 minutes every day for 6 weeks (I also stopped eating salt and fast food restaurants). After 6 weeks, everyone said you lose weight.
