Don't think you're a loser. The more you think negatively, the harder you can quit this addiction. Change your system, focus on your life not quitting PMO or day counter. Believe that you can do that, believe that you're no longer a PMO addict. Believe you're obstinate, persistent and indomitable. Build a indestructible belief in yourself. You can make this.
