  Your top 3 streaks are all within a week of where I am (45d), today I've come very close to relapsing multiple times. Any advice? My longest streak was 104 days but outside of that I haven't been this far before.

    It took me 3 months of screwing up and experimenting to get another streak past 30 days. I don't remember it being this hard once I was this far in. I don't remember what I did when I was this far in besides what caused me to relapse. If you have any advice please tell me.

    First of all, you have to give affirmation to yourself that you’re doing great! Man it’s not easy at all to do this challenging until 45 days, what more about 104 days? That’s insanely amazing! Look at the bright side, you’re free from PMO for 3 months plus

    My best streak was only 52 days. This time I would like to go all the way to as far as I can. I’m at Day 33 today and it’s still far away. What I do now is to focus on my works so that I have no time to think about PMO
