Even after month long streaks and changes in outlook, I still ended up having a binge week. I wonder what I'm doing wrong... Jul 10, 2017

I gotta add something I've noticed recently: people talk to me. complete strangers will strike up small talk. It's really cool!

Woke up in a haze, kind of irritable and snappy. Had an exam that I feel I did poorly on, but all in all things are still going good.

meh, simple cravings. still very present. Life without porn or guilt of what I was doing is amazing! I'm getting my "feeling" back

WOOHOO! You've got this brother. Keep going and let nothing stop you. The only thing standing between us and our dreams is the bullshit story we keep telling ourselves about why we supposedly can't achieve it. Be part of the 1% my friend. Be the change that you want to see. Carpe diem.

I like what TakingTheSteps had to say; most of us men are strongly conditioned to believe that strength is found in disconnecting from our feelings. I believe that the opposite is true! Real strength is found within the courage to vulnerably express whatever it is that is real within you, and you're in the right place to do just that!

Feeling kinda fucked up today. Shaky and just really out of sorts. That relapse/binge hurt bad. oh well, victory will taste so much sweeter

i knew connection is the essential part of being vital. I knew it, but I was too lazy to build it. True connection is nowhere but in your own mind, the awareness between all the parts in the body, all the organs inside. It sounds but I may have to do it until I die

The biggest insight that I've gained from my relapses was a shred of self compassion. I realized that I got in farther than I ever thought possible, lost myself really. But the real me is under all that junk and this reboot is helping me get in touch with that. :) also I've got a bronzed will now and I've made some friends...not something I am used to.

also I found out that I am actually a very creative person and my fiancee and I are starting a business together writing and illustrating children's books. I love the direction my life is going now and that is so worth it. I may not be over this hill yet, but I know I will and that is what keeps me going. It has since the very beginning.

I need to reset that damn tracker again guys... It grabbed me again, but I feel alright; I get more in touch with myself each time. Lessons.

Yeah, looking isn't even worth it guys, just stay away from it all. You'll feel much better about having the self control :)

Okay, I'll admit it. I had a peak. I felt a slight tingle, but mostly just like a "meh" feeling. I closed it out and came straight here.

Each time you do that; you grow stronger, more powerful, and you advance to the next level of manhood. WELL DONE!

Lessons everyday. It comes to paying attention...as my uncle used to say "boy, it don't cost anything to pay attention."

Having a great day today! Have I always been so numb to life or have I just forgotten what it's like to be alive?

Hey Dustin! I appreciate all of the things you've been sharing..I feel very inspired after reading them. I particularly enjoyed seeing you getting increasingly more in touch with you self-compassion throughout your relapses. I have been looking for a fellow no-fapping pen pal, so I am hoping that we can stay in touch!

I feel as if I am a child again, but in an adult body. Like I have just been sleeping since age 12 and am only now waking up. I feel fresh..

These changes will be for the better comrade. We don't realise the pernicious effects of PMO addiction until we release it from our lives for good. It's then that our lives can truly take off and we can be the person that we wanna be, no bullshit. You're doing a great job; I take my hat off to you!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I really needed to hear them. What you say is true, and I am glad that it's possible to stay strong and actually see and FEEL the benefits. It is so worth it. For your kindness and your truth, I also take my hat off to you, sir.

I am not sure how much I want to share here but I will tell a little about myself. I am a young man who is currently attending college with a major in linguistics and a minor in anthropology. I am in a wonderful and loving long term relationship with my beautiful girlfriend and we plan on staying that way. My interests include but are not limited to: language, philosophy, art, music, primitive living, archery, camping, and the like. I consider myself a pretty down to earth guy and I find it easy to make friends despite my tendency to be brutally honest. Don't let that scare you though, I'll only tell you what you need to hear, and I expect others to do the same for me.
